Returns Policy — NUWOD

How do I Cancel an Order on NUWOD.com? Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered on the NUWOD.com website?


  1. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  2. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.


If you've received the product and want to return it, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy for any product that has not been opened or used or unpacked. Within 48 hours (24 hours in case of apparels) of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging. The amount of the product (except for shipping costs. Return shipping cost to be borne by you) will be credited to your account on NUWOD.com and you will be able to use it to buy any other product from across our website. Note that the amount will not be refunded back into your Bank Account or Credit Card - you will receive a store credit only against product returns. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used products will not be taken back under any circumstances.


If you need repair done on your product, you will first need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). To do so, click here. Our staff will process your request and respond to you via email as quickly as possible (please allow up to a few days to receive a response). We will provide shipping instructions along with your RMA Number.  PLEASE, do not send your product in without an RMA number.


How long will it take?
Please allow us a few days to respond to your online requests, we respond to those emails in the order they arrived.  We appreciate your patience!  Turnaround times vary throughout the year, we ask that you plan ahead and allow for plenty of time to send your product in for repair or to receive a replacement part.  If you have a specific date that you need your product back please let us know when filling out your form online, we will do our best to meet your deadline.  We do have expedited shipping and repair options, please see below for details.


Who pays for shipping cost?
You are only responsible for the charges of shipping the product back to us. Use a method of shipping that provides a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for packages that have not been received by our shipping department. We pay shipping to return your product back to you.

What if my product is really dirty?
When we receive a product that is too dirty or odoriferous to repair, we will return it to you, unrepaired.
